Senior Trading Associate

Farther is seeking a Senior Trading Associate to support and scale the firm's trading operations across multiple platforms and custodial environments. This role sits at the center of our investment operations function and is responsible for ensuring the accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of client investment strategies.

The Senior Trading Associate will oversee the full trade lifecycle — from order intake through execution, allocation, reconciliation, and settlement — while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory, custodial, and operational controls. You'll partner closely with financial advisors, portfolio management, compliance, and custodial partners to ensure seamless execution across multiple custodians and platforms, while also helping to scale trading infrastructure and identify opportunities for automation and system improvement.

Execute and manage trades across RIA advisory accounts and broker-dealer platforms, ensuring accurate order entry, allocation, and settlement.

Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including order management, trade confirmation, allocation, and post-trade reconciliation across equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and fixed income.

Monitor trading activity to identify exceptions, discrepancies, or settlement breaks, and lead investigations through resolution.
