Responsibilities

2 Key Activities/ Deliverables:

Deploy BU EHS strategy, policies, plans, and procedures; translate into site-level execution plans

Ensure compliance with applicable EHS laws/regulations and company standards; track emerging trends and assess impact

Lead/oversee tactical EHS initiatives supporting BU priorities (risk reduction, program effectiveness, continuous improvement)

Guide senior leaders on critical EHS topics, priorities, and resource trade-offs; influence outcomes without authority

Coordinate and lead cross-functional, multi-site teams to deliver EHS outcomes and standardize best practices across the BU/POD
