Combination Bartender/Server - Casual

At least one (1) year of previous bartending experience, preferably in a fast paced, high end establishment.

Knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; possesses or can obtain State Food Safety Certificate.

Robust knowledgeable of wines and beverages.

Extraordinary attention to detail, quality and service.

Makena is seeking a Bartender/Server (Casual) to join the Food and Beverage Service Department.

The Bartender/Server will be responsible for timely service of drinks and general oversight of the bare and restaurant areas.

The should passionate about food, beverage, and the art of hospitality, and provide an extensive knowledge of food and beverage pairings to provide members the best dining experiences.

Provide a dining experience consistent with the standards of the club in all areas of member service.

Ability to execute unique craft cocktails.

Greet all members and guests politely and promptly, seat them, explain the menu as needed as well as daily specials and beverages.
