Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate Spring Convocation Weekend, a celebratory weekend for graduates and their guests by organizing social events, receptions, mock classes, and faculty involvement.
Monitors and updates Student Life websites and helps larger Student Life team to craft marketing messages and communications strategy.
Partners with faculty to host student-focused events.
Monitors and manages Student Life budgets and expenses.
Develops surveys and event analytics to assess office and event success.
Supervises and implements large operations initiatives for student on-boarding, including but not limited to, student nametags, student table tents, annual student handbook and student photo book.
