Estimator - Water

Liaises with groups within and outside of his/her/their organization, with responsibility to act independently regarding matters pertaining to his/her/their function.

Provides direction for complex or high-value estimates.

Develops new estimating methodologies, pricing strategies, and benchmarking tools to improve accuracy and competitiveness.

Represents the estimating function in high-level internal and external discussions.

Provide complete and accurate trade-specific estimates.

Assemble bid tabulations and take-offs with estimates and vendor/subcontractor quotes.

Perform material, labor, and equipment takeoffs with accuracy and consistency.

Provide value engineering input and ideas.

Obtain quotes and coordinate/quality scope with vendors and subcontractors.
