At least 3 years of sales  experience in tire or related spare part industry;

New business development

-You will focus on middle size fleet customers, frequent visit them with highly efficiency and make the breakthrough with new customer/month.

You will do internal communication and get alignment of individually customized business scheme, with Legal, Finance and Supply Chain logistic team etc.

to achieve sales target and meet company’s compliance requirements at meanwhile.

You will pilot test review of middle size fleet customers

You will communicate and negotiate with the relevant staff of fleet customers, including proactively assesses, clarifies and validates fleet customer needs on an ongoing basis.
