This position is responsible for day to day operations and Baristas tasks. The Supervisor creates an experience for our customers and staff by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Models and acts with accordance with the organization’s guiding principles.

Uses Starbucks operational tools including Automated Labor Scheduling, Monthly Status Report, Quarterly Business Review, cash management and inventory management to assist with store management

Oversee scheduling and daily work activities of Baristas

Assists with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed

Manages workflow during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating efficiently
