. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. This is a senior individual contributor role — you'll lead through influence and expertise rather than direct reports.

It reports to the Senior Director, GTM Finance & Strategy.

Partner with GTM leadership to translate business strategy into financial plans, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and driver-based financial models across GTM.
