Knowledge/experience with GEOINT toolsets including , but not limited to: SOCET GXP, GXP explorer, ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, GeoServer Suite, ENVI, QT Modeler, Jira, Sketchup Pro.
Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
Experience with workstation imaging processes/software
Strong knowledge of deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation hardware Bonus points if you have:
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.

Responsibilities
Investigate incidents, identify and implement solutions
Provide support for hardware/software issues over the phone and in person
Support end users with SOCET GXP Geospatial Intelligence Software
Support end users with ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, GeoServer Suite, and other GIS tools
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot user workstations
Support passive and active network infrastructure
