Requirements
A PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Health Informatics, or a related field (or Master’s with 3+ years relevant experience).
Experience applying behavioral science within digital health or AI-enabled products.
Experience operationalizing psychological constructs (e.g., motivation, self-regulation, readiness for change) into measurable or system-level components.
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams.
Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.

Responsibilities
Behavioral Capability Development
Contribute to the development of behavioral models that capture motivational states, readiness for change, and user needs.
Partner with data science and engineering to operationalize psychological constructs into measurable product signals.
Help integrate behavioral science principles into adaptive AI-forward strategies, including tone, timing, and framing based on inferred user context.
Contribute to measurement frameworks that evaluate behavioral impact across features and markets.
Product & Squad Partnership
