Requirements
2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or operations support experience
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and/or project management tools.
Ability to interpret basic technical documentation, drawings, and installation records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for operations, meetings, documentation, and reporting.
Maintain project files, drawings, redlines, logs, and vendor documentation in accordance with customer standards.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, trackers, and dashboards for leadership review.
Support procurement activities including PO requests, material tracking, and delivery coordination.
Assist with creating and maintaining installation schedules, task lists, and milestone tracking.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely handoffs and documentation updates.
