High School Geometry Teacher (2026-2027 SY)

Must have an active Tennessee teaching license with an endorsement in Mathematics 6-12, or actively enrolled in an approved job-embedded educator preparation program

Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship

Salary:

Valor's teacher salary schedule is based on years of completed K-12 teaching experience, not on performance, certifications, or advanced degrees. To promote equity in compensation, salaries are standardized across the organization using BA degrees. The starting salary for a certified teacher with no prior experience is $56,794, with increases applied annually.
