Requirements
10+ years of experience in client services or account management, preferably within a media, digital or social/influencer agency environment
Demonstrated success in building, nurturing, and expanding strong relationships with key clients to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and strategic business goals.
Proven experience managing key account metrics such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
Experience working in dynamic agency teams, driving strategic initiatives, scaling operations, and delivering impactful solutions that align with rapidly evolving business needs
Passionate about efficiencies within operating environments
Strong people leadership with extensive experience managing and developing high-performing accounts teams
Responsibilities
Own overall revenue growth, retention, and long-term strategic direction for the pod, with full accountability for executive relationships and operational excellence across the portfolio.
Drive revenue expansion through pipeline development, new opportunities, and cross-functional partnerships with Business Development, Product, and Technology.
Lead pod-level planning across forecasting, resourcing, and investment decisions to support scalable, profitable growth.
Set and champion a high-performance client services culture by holding senior leaders accountable for team outcomes, developing future leadership talent, and ensuring consistent excellence in delivery, collaboration, and client impact across the entire pod.
Own P&L accountability, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and sustainable performance.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior clients, shaping solutions that align to their business goals, unlock growth, and deliver measurable impact.
