Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $142,380-$175,941. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and technical leaders to define team needs and role requirements, ensuring alignment on hiring goals. It involves sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates through diverse channels, while managing the full recruitment cycle from outreach to onboarding. The position also focuses on creating strategies to attract and retain diverse technical talent, proactively building pipelines for present and future needs. Additionally, the recruiter will track and analyze key hiring metrics to improve processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain fairness and efficiency, and champion Brex’s employer brand by representing the company at events and on social platforms.
Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for technical roles, leveraging various tools and social platforms.
Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and stakeholders on pipeline health and recruiting progress.
