Responsibilities
The Specialist, Family Engagement provides essential operational and administrative support to the Family Engagement team to help meet network-wide acquisition and yield goals.
This role focuses on the day-to-day execution of data tasks and the maintenance of school-facing resources.
Using systems such as Salesforce, eSD, and Google Suite, the Specialist ensures that data is accurate when providing to the school staff and that they have the templates and trackers they need to successfully move families through the acquisition funnel.
Develop and standardize high-impact family communication and engagement strategies (e.g., talking points, toolkits, and FAQs) to align with the Lead’s strategic vision for family engagement and recruitment.
Manage data integrity and reporting for school-facing outreach efforts by extracting, validating, and distributing essential family rosters and data sets from platforms like Salesforce and eSD to enable targeted school outreach.
Establish and manage a robust performance monitoring and accountability framework for school-level family engagement and enrollment goals, utilizing shared data platforms and project management tools to ensure leaders meet key milestones.
