Requirements

7+ years in GTM Technology, Business Systems, RevOps, or MOps roles.

Deep hands-on experience with modern sales engagement and signal tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Common Room, Clay, or similar).

Strong understanding of outbound workflow design and sequencing strategy

Experience orchestrating multiple GTM tools into a unified seller experience

Exposure to AI-enabled selling workflows and modern revenue automation

Familiarity with Salesforce as a core system of record

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Diligent’s sales engagement and orchestration stack, including tools like Common Room, Outreach, and Gong.

Architect integrations to ensure GTM tools operate as a connected ecosystem with Salesforce as the system of record.

Build signal-driven automations and scalable GTM plays, translating intent and activity into the right downstream actions across routing, outreach, and reporting.

Identify and pilot AI-native opportunities to reduce manual work, improve targeting, and modernize how the field executes across the top and middle of the funnel.

Design and operationalize sales workflows that improve pipeline generation, lead follow-up, sequencing execution, and rep productivity.

Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Business Applications to align tools with field execution, measuring impact through adoption and pipeline outcomes.
