Requirements
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience in healthcare with a focus on care coordination and healthcare administrative support
Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or equivalent certification preferred, otherwise 5+ years of healthcare experience
Experience in geriatric care or senior living community is highly desirable
Must possess a valid and current driver's license
Excellent electronic medical record (EMR) documentation skills and general comfort leveraging various technologies to support day to day work

Responsibilities
Savoy Life is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to provide clinical and operations support within senior living communities in and around
Spokane Valley, WA, through Coeur D’Alene, ID
. The Resident Care Coordinator will work closely with an assigned Savoy Life RN as well as on-site senior living community teams to improve resident outcomes as well as a virtual provider.
Care Delivery Back Office Support
Schedule various patient visits in the EHR to optimize the RN and APP’s time while coordinating with patient and caregiver needs
