Requirements

Master\u2019s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in field service or quality roles
8+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
3+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
Strong proven leadership capabilities in Field Service and/or Quality
Native or fluent language skills for area of responsibility
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $103,200 to $173,400.\u00A0 This is an exempt from overtime position.\u00A0 FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program.\u00A0 Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.

Responsibilities
The Field Quality Manager III will partner with the Central Quality team and lead global projects across Generator technology and On Site Services (OSS) activities. Utilize Kaizen methodology and expedite improvements. Partner with the regions to implement and adapt global improvements. Work closely with Live outage team and value stream project. Assigned as quality support to other functions.
Partner with the Regional, Operations, Service Line, and Functional teams to drive quality improvements in the preparation and delivery of our services. This position will be responsible for driving customer experience and operational improvements through Quality Planning, Assurance, Control and Improvement. Drive a Culture of Quality where quality is built-in to the planning process, enabling teams to do their work right the first time, where processes are followed in execution, where shortcomings and defects are captured as non-conformances, where problems are fed back into the organization for accountability and resolution, and where ideas and lessons learned are captured for future improvement. Help front-line and back-office teams resolve problems (NCR, RCA). Experienced culture change agent with a track record of delivery. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization\u2019s core values.
Lead global quality improvement projects identified for global action plan for the Generator Services Value Stream and On Site Services organizations.
Develop/ Maintain the Generator Services PFMEA
Cross functional quality leadership supporting non conformances corrective actions in both Gas Power OFS and Steam Power Services.
