Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years\u2019 management experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Nice to have:

Minimum of 1+ years\u2019 experience with RF handscanners.

Supervises receiving associates (4-5) and the movement of stock from receiving to stock locations.

Enters receipts and transfers into Epicor Prophet 21 (P21), our ERP system, using bar code/RF scanners.

Communicates receipt discrepancies to the Purchasing Department.

Trains new employees when hired and oversees ongoing training needs for all receiving associates.

Motivates employees to keep on track by performing bi-weekly meetings to keep staff updated on any changes.
