Responsibilities
This position is a member of the Customer Service Department at Regal Wine Company.
Primary responsibility is customer service and quality assurance on all orders being placed via phone, e-mail, and our computer system.
Heavy data entry and customer/sales force communications.\u00A0
Receive orders via phone, e-mail, or computer system \u2013 enters data into system and reviews all orders for accuracy.
Inform customers and sales force of price, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any other issues related to orders.
Ascertain credit status of customers and works closely with the Credit Department on any credit related issues.
