Requirements
Special Project – Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Lead the coordination and administration of the company’s ESOP program, including supporting the ESOP Committee, ensuring accurate participant allocations and documentation, coordinating with legal and internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, and Corporate Development), maintaining plan governance documents, and promoting awareness and participation in the program.
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-location or multi-provincial environment.
PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities
Human Resources
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist with recruitment efforts such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support new hire onboarding by preparing documentation and conducting orientations.
