Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a guest service or sales environment required

Proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional guest service preferred

Proven experience handling cash transactions accurately and securely while maintaining a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment

Advanced computer skills, including efficient typing and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to support smooth sales operations

Familiarity with Resort Technology Partners (RTP) software preferred to ensure efficient ticketing and maximize sales opportunities

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a calm, solution-oriented approach to resolve guest concerns and sales challenges promptly

Ability to stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time. Kneeling and bending may be required

Regularly work indoors with no adverse conditions. Some positions require exposure to outdoor elements or a combination of both indoors and outdoors and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces

Must be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance

Responsibilities

The Assistant Ticket Manager supports the daily operations of the Mountain Sales department with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales.

Essential Job Functions / Key Job Responsibilities

Support daily operations of the Mountain Sales department to ensure a seamless, guest-focused sales experience

Lead and manage front-line staff, adjusting to business levels, delegating effectively, and providing coaching and performance feedback including seasonal evaluations and succession planning

Provide on-the-ground support for guest interactions, resolving complaints promptly and professionally

Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, guest service best practices, resort systems, and current events, while developing and maintaining up-to-date training materials
