Marketing Operations Manager

You will lead the strategy, administration, and optimization of HubSpot as the core marketing and revenue operations platform. This role ensures HubSpot is configured to support scalable demand generation, clean data flow, accurate reporting, and strong alignment between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.

This is a hands-on role dedicated to building reliable workflows, maintaining lead lifecycle management, and providing actionable insights into pipeline and revenue performance.

5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.

Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot (Marketing Hub required; Sales Hub and Operations Hub strongly preferred).

Validated experience building complex HubSpot workflows, scoring models, and lifecycle automation.

HubSpot Systems & Integration Management

Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.

Own HubSpot architecture including properties, objects, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and permissions.

Run integrations between HubSpot and connected systems (e.g., Salesforce, data enrichment tools, intent platforms, webinar and ad platforms).

Maintain HubSpot governance standards, documentation, and change management processes.

Partner with RevOps and IT on new integrations, migrations, and system optimization.
