Dispatch Manager

Assists with Investigations on incidents and supports corrective actions as needed

Oversees day-to-day dispatch operations, including fixed route, paratransit, and/or microtransit services

Monitors real-time service performance using AVL, CAD/AVL, and dispatch systems

Coordinates service adjustments to maintain on-time performance and service continuity

Works closely with Maintenance to ensure vehicle availability and readiness

Ensures high-quality customer service delivery through dispatch operations

\u2022 Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

\u2022 Sick days: 5 days
