Base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $115,000 per year

based on a full-time schedule. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Parental leave and programs built around well-being. We'll share specifics during the interview process.

Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients

Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually

Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, wrap-around care model

Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care

Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health

Provide consultation to therapists on the treatment team, including licensed therapists and trainees; assist with program development
