Maintenance Mechanic

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of forms and labels production machinery including but not limited to presses, die-cutters, coaters, rewinders, slitters, balers, wrappers, and sheeters.

Collaborate with the maintenance team and Operations Manager to create and implement a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for the

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on all production machinery and site equipment.

Execute emergency and unscheduled repairs of complex mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Diagnose and repair intricate problems related to web handling systems, tension control, servo drives, and registration systems common in forms and labels operations.

Read and interpret detailed equipment manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints to perform precise maintenance service and overhauls on production assets.

2nd Shift Position Hours (1 position available):

Approx. 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Qualified candidates must be able to work afternoon and evening hours. There is a $2.00 per hour premium shift differential.

3rd Shift Position Hours (1 position available):

Approx. 11:00pm to 7:00am. Qualified candidates must be able to work evening and morning hours. There is a $3.00 per hour premium shift differential.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficient, performance, shift, and location. In addition to the base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus, overtime, shift differential, call-in and stand-by pay.
