Responsibilities
This Executive Assistant role supports multiple product coverage teams (consisting of Investment Directors and Investment Specialists).
Fixed Income Product Management is responsible for product development and marketing, investment integrity and risk management, and general business management for the firm’s fixed income portfolios.
The Executive Assistant provides intense logistical support and creation, maintenance, and organization of materials in order to leverage the group’s time.
Extensive coordination and production of materials including daily reports, market data information, meeting prep packets, research materials, and confidential internal documents
Obtaining information using various applications and market data services
Regular reporting and spreadsheet responsibilities
