Bachelor's Degree

3 years experience in Federal Government Subcontract Management OR Supply Chain Management OR Contracts Management OR Legal Degree OR a combination with a total of 6 years experience

Experience negotiating subcontract agreements; preparing subcontractor RFPs; evaluating subcontractor proposals; and conducting subcontractor pricing analysis.

Experience (or similar) preparing and managing (Contractor Purchasing System Review) CPSR compliant subcontract documentation.

Knowledge of Public Law and FAR/DFARS
