Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or a related environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, finishing techniques, and post-processing operations; additive manufacturing experience is a plus.
Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, logistics coordination, and inventory or ERP systems.

Responsibilities
Own the post-processing workflow from start to finish, including drilling, trimming, sanding, finishing, rework, and secondary operations.
Establish and enforce quality control standards, inspection criteria, dimensional checks, and defect tracking processes.
Manage inventory tracking and logistics for materials, consumables, in-process parts, and finished goods, including receiving, staging, storage, and shipping coordination.
Collaborate with the Additive Manufacturing Engineering Manager to develop post-processing methods based on part geometry and manufacturing requirements.
Partner with the Production Manager to align staffing and workflow capacity with production schedules and prevent bottlenecks.
Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs that support safety, quality, and process consistency.
