How can I apply?

Working as part of the Hospitality Team, you will provide a friendly, professional and efficient service across a range of sales, administrative and matchday activities, helping the department achieve its commercial and customer service objectives.

This varied role will include supporting hospitality sales activity, building relationships with guests and clients, fulfilling bookings, carrying out administrative tasks and assisting with matchday preparations.

Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.

Support the sale and fulfilment of the club's hospitality products and experiences.

Build and maintain positive relationships with supporters, clients and guests.

Assist with hospitality administration, guest communications and booking fulfilment.
