Geospatial Analyst - Expert
Requirements
Current/active TS/SCI security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
Expert knowledge of industry standard location analysis desktop and server applications such as Esri ArcGIS Platform, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer, etc.
Experience using and managing spatial relational databases including Oracle, MSSQL, or PostGreSQL/PostGIS.
Extensive experience with geographically-derived assessments, enterprise data integration, spatial data governance, metadata management and interpretation of business and performance metrics.
Demonstrated experience using geospatial Python, R, SAS, Java or other coding languages to deliver custom geoprocessing and analytical workflows.
Experience in coordination and collaboration with industry counterparts on technical projects, software and service assessment, and other related subject material.
Responsibilities
Geospatial Analyst shall perform analysis of the full spectrum of US Government and commercial GEOINT assets and maintain expertise in all associated tradecraft, including Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S), Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS), geospatial data processing, analysis and modeling, and general intelligence analysis.
Maintain proficiency with all tools and databases necessary to access supporting intelligence information required for the execution of GEOINT support to the customer.\u00A0\u00A0
Use geographic information systems, methods, and tools to answer critical intelligence questions.\u00A0\u00A0
Perform specialized scientific and technical data processing techniques utilizing non-standard and developmental software suites, to include SAP, CAP, and CNWDI level programs; stage for exploitation; and provide requisite training as required by the Government.
The most current version National System for GEOINT (NSG) Publication 1.0 GEOINT Basic Doctrine, will serve as the foundation for all GEOINT related analysis, production, and reporting.\u00A0
Responsible for capturing analytical findings in textual, graphic, vector, or other formats as directed by national and local policy and will ensure that GEOINT reporting adheres to national, theater, and local policies which govern content, accuracy, formatting, classification, and timeliness.
