Isaac is growing quickly, and this is an opportunity to be a key driver of that growth. As a Recruiter, you will play an important role in driving recruitment efforts across our head office and consulting teams, helping to build out strong, diverse talent pipelines. This role will require a mix of relationship-building, creativity in sourcing, and an ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.

While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.
