Director - Strategy Consulting Partnerships North America

As Director - Strategy Consulting Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading and expanding Celonis’ partnerships with Strategy Consulting firms across North America.

Your role involves building strong relationships, fostering trust, and developing a shared understanding of business objectives to define joint solutions, shape transformation programs, and influence key business opportunities.

Success will be evaluated based on joint business impact, thought leadership, and the creation of scalable go-to-market strategies.

Define and execute a holistic Go-To-Market plan for strategy consulting firms across North America, while actively shaping the global ecosystem priorities.

Attract and develop senior relationships with sector-, industry-, and capability leaders, regional heads, and responsible account partners

Refine and pitch the value proposition of the Celonis partnership to secure buy-in for joint business development in new strategic areas and markets, maintaining a highly business outcome-focused approach

The Celonis Ecosystem team is building and scaling the right partnerships with Tech, Cloud, AI, and Professional Services firms to fuel Celonis’ growth in non-linear ways. Within the Ecosystem, the Strategy Consulting team has a dedicated focus on expanding our collaboration with Strategy Consulting firms through joint business opportunities that are delivering superior client value. We are hiring for a Director - Strategy Consulting Partnerships to join our team, focus on developing and managing our joint Go-To-Market activities across North America.
