Job Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a host or in a similar guest-facing role, preferably in a high-end restaurant, lounge or hospitality environment.
Must be available to work all shifts to include day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Professional phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in basic computer systems (SevenRooms, Peoplevine)
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm in high stress situations.
Exceptional communication skills; fluent in English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities
The Host Person role at Zero Bond Las Vegas is the first point of contact for members and their guests when they enter the club, embodying the warmth, professionalism, and discretion that define the Zero Bond experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset. Hosts are responsible for greeting guests by name, managing member check-in, confirming reservations, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and polished front-of-house presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all members and their guest by name with warmth and professionalism.
Manage high-volume phone lines; assist with direct inquiries, bookings, F&B requests, events & membership inquiries promptly.
Support manager with table management to maximize seating and maintain guest flow.
Maintain a clean, always organized and guest-ready front desk.
