Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Design and oversee instructor onboarding, training, certification, and professional development programs that prepare instructional staff for success in hands-on technical learning environments.
Assess and validate instructor technical and instructional readiness through observations, skills evaluations, coaching, and targeted development plans.
Develop and maintain instructor resources, guides, and support tools that promote effective delivery of lab-based and experiential learning.
Establish and maintain instructor readiness standards and launch readiness processes to ensure instructors are prepared to successfully support new program implementations and pathway expansions.
