Requirements
Skills and Experience:
Ability to effectively lead others with a positive attitude.
Demonstrate and promote teamwork on a consistent basis within the department and when assisting in other areas.
Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues.
Must have an organized approach to task completion and excellent attention to detail.
1-2 years in a warehouse pick/pack fulfillment and distribution environment preferred.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.00 to $21.50 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. Responsibilities
The Line Lead is responsible for guiding small team of assemblers, ensuring accurate delivery of and adherence to work instructions. Kind, professional communication, the ability to motivate others, and attention to detail are essential to being successful in this role. The environment is pleasant - clean, climate controlled and relatively quiet. Positions for A & B shifts with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 6a-2p or 10a-6p; overtime may be required sporadically.
Responsibilities:
Leads team of assembly workers and temporary employees per work instructions and procedures.
Train employees how to perform assign tasks.
Monitor break times to ensure that employees report back to work areas as scheduled.
Monitors job quality by performing frequent quality inspections. Reports issues/problems in a timely manner to coordinator or supervisor for resolution.
