Requirements
You partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to keep interview plans on track, hold stakeholders accountable, and ensure timely feedback and communication.
Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information while maintaining data integrity
Stays up to date with industry trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and operate effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure environments

Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters to anticipate scheduling needs, manage pipeline flow, and align coordination strategy
Autonomously troubleshoot complex logistical issues to keep the hiring process moving forward
Manage relationships with Executive Assistants and high-level interviewers to coordinate high-stakes meeting logistics
Ensure timely collection of interview feedback to maintain pipeline visibility and support hiring decisions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data across systems to ensure data integrity
