Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering
4+ years of experience in concept engineering or serial development, specifically with focus on air suspension systems.
Experience in CAD tools, packaging of chassis components and experience in part design (incl. requirements management, system integration, manufacturing and assembly processes).
Advanced project steering and coordination skills to practice independent project management for a defined chassis part scope.
Motivated engineer, wanting to work at the cutting edge of vehicle technical design, create new ideas and solutions, enjoying hands-on testing.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $110,000.00 - $135,000.00

Responsibilities
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Lead the design and engineering of air suspension components including air springs, compressors, valves, height sensors, lines, reservoirs, and electronic control hardware.
Ensure implementation of specifications, DFMEAs, and performance targets.
Review/Release 3D models, drawings, and engineering documents.
Review internal/external development plans, and review test data.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive design improvements.
