AV Events Manager

5+ years of relevant experience leading a Global AV Events or Production Team

Prior experience delivering technical solutions in high growth environments

Experience empowering the team and leading with empathy and integrity

CTS and/or CTS-D certification

Experience with QSC and Crestron programming

Experience with the design and deployment of large event space

This is a hands-on role that will continually assess the needs of our fellow Stripes, driving efficiencies and services that improve productivity.

Be proactive & knowledgeable on relevant technologies and products; and provide an ongoing forward-looking roadmap for our next 2-3 years’ solutions

Drive consistent A/V capabilities for produced and broadcast events for our organization, through the creation and distribution of best practices, procedures, and services

Develop strong customer relationships, cross functional and internal Corporate Technology relationships.

The AV Events Team at Stripe is tasked with delivering best in class internal events and post production support at Stripe globally (North America, Europe, Asia)  with a primary focus on creating, optimizing, delivering and managing: virtual production events, live events, streaming and video on demand content for all office and remote based employees.
