Requirements
5 years of PROVEN supervisory/management experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment.
Must have a strong record of successfully implementing effective preventative maintenance practices and procedures
Direct experience with a union labor force
Broad knowledge of maintaining operating equipment/industrial machinery, including preventive maintenance programs, repair techniques and equipment replacement options (specific knowledge of grain elevator facilities and equipment preferred).
Familiarity with PM and PdM best practices
Utilization of KPI’s to monitor the performance of the reliability program

Responsibilities
This is a heavy-industrial maintenance leadership role supporting an export grain terminal.
The primary function is to ensure optimum performance of the maintenance team, and that all maintenance processes are performed safely and efficiently.
Experience with bucket elevators, drag conveyors, belt conveyors, gearboxes, and other bulk handling systems is essential.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Develops cascading departmental goals in support of the site goals, along with individual goals for direct reports.
Leads the maintenance staff and sets clear expectations, with reinforcement, for the department supervisors and superintendents.
