Specialist, KPI and Continuous Improvement

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards, and performance reporting

Proficiency in data tools (Excel advanced, Power BI/Tableau preferred)

Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial Base Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
