Clean and maintain common areas, including the leasing office, hallways, restrooms, and amenity spaces.

Remove trash and debris throughout the property to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and apartment turns.

Help prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.

Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the maintenance team promptly.
