Experience:
2+ years of experience in a closing role within consulting, agency, or digital services.
AI Proficiency:
1+ year of hands-on experience building/optimizing workflows with AI. We need to see specific examples of how you’ve used AI to improve your sales process (e.g., lead scoring, personalized video at scale, or automated research).
Judgment:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to know when to use AI for efficiency and when a manual, high-empathy approach is required.
Responsibilities
As an AI-First Account Executive, you aren't just selling services; you are a strategic partner helping clients navigate the shift to AI-powered ecosystems. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from AI-augmented prospecting to closing complex, consultative engagements. You are expected to be AI-fluent, using modern tools to compress sales cycles while maintaining high-quality, high-context client partnerships.
AI-Augmented Prospecting:
Actively design and iterate on automated workflows (using LLMs and research agents) to identify leads and provide hyper-personalized outreach that doesn't sacrifice the "human" touch.
Strategic Advisory:
Partner with Director and VP-level stakeholders to identify business problems and translate them into AI-enabled product opportunities.
