The Production Laborer/Technician is a hands-on role responsible for safely operating production equipment to process magnesium materials according to customer specifications.

This position supports daily production goals, product quality, and safety while working collaboratively with the production team under the direction of a Team Leader.

Operate production equipment such as grinders, chippers, and atomizers (training provided)

Monitor production processes, perform measurements, and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain safe, consistent production flow

Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate issues to Team Leaders or Maintenance
