Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Data Reporting & Analytics leads the enterprise Power BI and reporting function across multiple ERP platforms and business units.
This role is accountable for both delivery and transformation—managing a team of Power BI developers while driving the transition from decentralized, gateway-based reporting to standardized Microsoft Fabric–based analytics.
This role combines strong people leadership, deep technical expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise-level coordination across business, ERP, and data platform teams.
The Senior Manager ensures reporting solutions are scalable, governed, performant, and aligned to enterprise standards—while pragmatically supporting legacy content during the transition period.
People Leadership & Delivery Management:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Power BI developers
Team
Conduct performance reviews, mentor developers, and build long-term analytics capability
Enterprise Reporting Ownership:
Own the enterprise reporting portfolio spanning multiple ERP systems and data sources
Coordinate reporting development across business units to reduce duplication and inconsistency
Rationalize legacy and bespoke reports, guiding consolidation toward standard solutions
Serve as the accountable owner for reporting quality, performance, and reliability
