Greenhouse Repairs & Maintenance Technician

Familiarity with greenhouse equipment, irrigation systems, and plant care practices.

Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols a plus.

Experience performing electrical work and maintenance

Growing plug plants in a production environment

The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, functionality, and cleanliness of these environments to support ongoing scientific endeavors.

Greenhouse Maintenance:

Inspect, repair, and maintain the structural components of the greenhouse, including evaporative cooling system, insect screens and ventilation systems.

Troubleshoot and address issues related to heating, cooling, and  irrigation systems to maintain optimal plant growing conditions.

Monitor and maintain greenhouse equipment, including boilers, fan motors and shutters, rack and pinions, pumps, sprayers, etc

Verify water storage tank functions properly including acid injection pump.
