Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

Experience:

4–6 years of experience in Quality or a similar field, with a proven track record of handling multiple responsibilities with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

Avery Dennison is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead raw material quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing facility.

In this role, you will act as a critical link between operations, procurement, and external vendors to resolve quality concerns and implement preventative actions.

Supplier Quality Management:

Collaborating with raw material vendors to resolve issues, submitting and following up on supplier claims, and driving improvements to meet business needs.

Operational Support:

Providing internal production quality support, including risk assessments, product disposition, and troubleshooting related to issue resolution.
