The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Responsibilities
Ironclad is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Platform team. This role will oversee our infrastructure layer—including identity and access, core document services, and the foundation platform—along with external integrations and ecosystem services including APIs and MCP. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building products that scale and is a strategic leader who also thrives as a player-coach.
Define and build the infrastructure layer, including identity and access management, core document services for storage and processing, and our foundation platform
Design the data services layer and implement APIs and an MCP server to securely expose our data to trusted partners
Own the roadmap for and develop connectors to key third-party systems, including SAP and other enterprise platforms
Define a strategy that outlines new bets for Ironclad and what it can unlock for the future of the business based on existing company and product strategy
