Responsibilities
Group Planning & Execution
Identify staffing, equipment, transportation, and logistical needs required for successful program delivery.
Ensure activities are executed according to event specifications, guest expectations, and Montage service standards.
Monitor group activities and proactively resolve operational challenges to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Communicate via email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings to develop, refine, and confirm program details.
Ensure team members are properly informed, prepared, and equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

planning, coordinating, and executing group recreation activities and experiences for resort guests. This role serves as the primary operational liaison for group planners and ensures all activities are delivered seamlessly, professionally, and
in accordance with
guest expectations and Montage service standards.
Working closely with the Outdoor Pursuits Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing, Meetings & Special Events, and other resort departments, the Group Activities Coordinator oversees all logistical and operational aspects of group programming from pre-arrival planning through on-site execution while supporting the daily operations of Compass Sports.
