Extensive experience in SaaS customer success, management consulting, or strategic engagement management handling multi-stakeholder, 7-figure enterprise accounts.
A proven understanding of ARR, SaaS renewal dynamics, and expansion strategies.
Domain knowledge in data platforms, NoSQL databases, or cloud infrastructure.

In this high-impact, senior individual contributor role, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and technical leaders, ensuring they achieve maximum business value, rapid time-to-value, and long-term ROI from their Couchbase investment.
Operating with high autonomy, you will orchestrate cross-functional internal teams (Product, Services, Support, and Sales) to de-risk complex deployments, drive adoption, and secure long-term retention and expansion.
Strategic Account Leadership:
Own the delivery strategy and execution roadmap for a portfolio of Couchbase’s most critical enterprise accounts.
Define, track, and deliver clear success metrics, statements of work, and business outcomes to ensure rapid adoption and high ROI.
